Entries Close Friday For Quality National Sale

A quality packed catalogue is taking shape for the upcoming Magic Millions National Sale with entries for the South Hemisphere’s most important breeding stock sale closing tomorrow (Friday).

With weanlings, yearlings, race fillies, stallions, stallion shares and broodmares set to go under the hammer, the sale is set to be one of the most important of recent years.

The National Broodmare Sale, where a Magic Millions record was set last year with the sale of Princess Coup for $3 million, has been the subject of outstanding entries.

Among them are stakes winning mares including Cheeky Choice, Faith Hill, Strawberry Field, Warm Love, Illuminates, Fasline, France Soir, Awesome Planet, Coco Cobanna, Hennessy Waltz, Delta Girl, Nancy Eleanor, Betwixt, Hi On Love, Whisper Bay, Brakim Lass, La Chasseuse, Silently, Pharein, Aragonce, Moet Magic, Permissive, Catnipped, Pure Black, Superfly, Loving New, Laguna Lake, Plaudits and dozens more.

Also set to go under the hammer are the dams of star gallopers including Phelan Ready, Black Piranha, Redoute’s Dancer, Hanks, Sound Journey, Why Be, Questing New, Arlingtonboulevard, Danehill Smile, New Spice, Ulysses, Black Minx, Firenza and many more.

Three quality stallion prospects to go under the hammer at the sale include Pillar of Hercules, Short Pause and Indio Glorioso. There are also shares in Sebring and Stratum up for the grabs.

The National Weanling Sale has quickly established itself as the best of its type in Australasia and the 2010 catalogue promises the be the best ever.
