Bidding is now open for the Magic Millions Digital (9-14 Oct) Sale, with nearly 90% of the catalogue offered unreserved. Vendors represented in the catalogue (in alphabetical order) include Alma Vale Thoroughbreds, Archibald Racing, Bombora Bloodstock, Bowness Stud, Broadmarsh Stud, Dabernig Racing, Embrook Stables, Gollan Racing, Hawkes Racing, Hayden Ballantyne Racing, Hickman Racing, Portelli Racing, Proven Thoroughbreds, S J Wolfe Racing Stables and more. Secret Hell (Lot 1) is offered by Dabernig Racing and is a five-year-old son of prominent sire Hellbent. Offered unreserved, Secret Hell has only had ten starts to date, including placing in three of his past five starts. Elnajeeb (Lot 55) is another racehorse worth inspection. Offered by Embrook Stables, this four-year-old has been super consistent, including placing at Doomben earlier this year and finishing fourth at Eagle Farm two starts back on September 23. Elnajeeb is currently trained by Tony Gollan, who also has three offerings in the racehorses category. These include Dad’s Rules (Lot 3), Iamahero (Lot 4) and Je Suis Boom (Lot 5). All three geldings have had the hard work done and have only trialled to date. All three are offered unreserved. In the Race Fillies category, Karnup Queen (Lot 11) represents an opportunity to purchase a well-related mare with plenty of racing upside. Already a three-time winner, she placed at Ascot two starts back before spelling and recently trialled at Lark Hill on October 5. A total of sixteen shares will be offered as part of this week’s sale, with plenty of opportunities to buy into horses currently campaigning well. A 10% share in Rebel Shield (Lot 15) is offered unreserved by Portelli Racing. This three-year-old has only had three starts to date, all in Sydney. In the West, Tom Wolfe Racing has catalogued two 5% shares in Cartier Glow (Lots 23 and 24). This three-year-old son of Russian Revolution has placed in three of four starts to date, beaten less than a length in each. Rounding out the catalogue are two yearling colts by exciting sires Farnan (Lot 40) and Artorius (Lot 41), as well as 11 broodmares including Another Beauty (Lot 49) who is a half-sister to Quokka winner and $2.8 million earner Jokers Grin. Finally, for those based in Tasmania, Broadmarsh Stud has entered a 15-strong draft with a mix of Race Fillies, 3YOs, Unbroken Stock and Broodmares, all unreserved.
