Bidding Open for Latest Magic Millions Digital Sale

Bidding Open for Latest Magic Millions Digital Sale

The catalogue is now live for the Magic Millions Digital (15-20 May) Sale, featuring several exciting racing prospects, with nearly half the catalogue features racehorses, race fillies and shares.
Exciting three-year-old colt Botanist (Lot 9) will be offered by Coolmore and partners. In only five career starts, Botanist has won at Warwick Farm and placed at Kembla Grange. A $900,000 yearling, he is unreserved and also eligible for Hong Kong. X-rays will be loaded and available for vets in the Magic Millions Repository over the weekend.

Crusader Voyage (Lot 1) should have admirers having placed on six occasions from only ten career starts, including three times at city level. Offered by Chris Waller Racing, the son of Camelot and multiple Group One winner Sea Siren has also raced at Group One level himself and represents a great opportunity to purchase a progressive three-year-old with significant upside.

Rounding out the Racehorse Gelding/Colt category are Demon (Lot 2), a three-year-old son of Fastnet Rock that is unraced but has won two of three trials in Sydney and late entry Viipuri (Lot 40) who has won three of eight starts including a last-start win at Goulburn on May 7.

In the Racehorse Filly/Mare category, city-winning four-year-old mare Meadowbrook (NZ) (Lot 11) has been entered as well as Lot 14, an unnamed, untried four-year-old mare who is a half-sister to Kiki Express, who realised $1,200,000 at the Chairman’s Sale in Sydney last week.

TFI has catalogued two 2.5% unreserved shares in Loud Charlie (Lots 15 and 16). The three-year-old gelding has won or placed on the Caulfield Heath at his last two starts. Group One Thoroughbreds have also catalogued a 2.5% share in Tassalina (Lot 17) and a 5% share in Xerxes (Lot 18).

In the breeding stock categories, the sale features weanlings and yearlings by Bivouac, Spirit of Boom and Written By, with a selection of broodmares also on offer from vendors such as Lyndhurst Stud Farm, Mill Park Stud and Yarraman Park.
