One of South Australia’s top producing farms is giving prospective buyers a great opportunity at the Magic Millions National Weanling Sale which commences on Sunday.

Kambula Stud, on the outskirts of Kadina on the Yorke Peninsula, are dispersing their 2015 weanling crop at the Gold Coast with 16 quality youngsters to go under the hammer.

“We are looking forward to the sale with a quality draft,” Kambula’s David Toole reported. “We’ve decided to disperse our complete weanling sales draft at the Gold Coast and we are excited to be able to present buyers with an attractive line up of youngsters.”

Kambula has the honour of kicking away the sale with Lot 1 – the first foal of six time winner Hadronica, a lovely chestnut filly by the top performing international sire Starspangledbanner.

Another early offering for the farm is the Snitzel filly (Lot 3) from the stakes performed Octagonal mare Hairpin, making her a half sister to the Group Three winner and $450,000 plus earner Detours.

Kambula’s Danehill Dancer stakes winner Danedina is represented by a bay filly by the all conquering sire Sebring (Lot 303). Danedina’s first runner is a city winner in Melbourne.

Another stakes winner with a weanling catalogued is the Blevic mare Bleveeka who has a Star Witness filly (Lot 260) set to go under the hammer. Two other city winning Blevic mares, Blevola Miss and Sunday Shoes, are among five mares with youngsters by red hot Victorian sire Written Tycoon.
