Group Two Winners Headline Latest National Supplementaries

A pair of brilliant Group Two winners headline the latest supplementary lots for next week’s Magic Millions National Broodmare Sale at the Gold Coast.
Marble Arch, an outstanding breeding prospect and winner of the Group Two Blamey Stakes, will be joined by former Group Two winning juvenile Kristilli, who heads to the auction after a spring date with Golden Slipper winner Stay Inside.

The nine time winner and $827,000 earner Marble Arch has raced with incredible distinction with the Lindsay Park operation and she will be presented as an elite breeding prospect on their behalf by Coolmore Stud.

In the Blamey Stakes Marble Arch (Lot 557) defeated a crack field led by Group One winners Attrition and Zardozi.

Under Michael Dee the good looking mare cleared away from her rivals in what was a truly dominant two length winning performance.

As well as being a star galloper in her own right Marble Arch hails from the same family as multiple Group One winners including Atishu and Daffodil.

Kristilli, a daughter of Hellbent, won the $1 million Group Two Percy Sykes Stakes at Randwick as a two-year-old for the Archibald stable.

In her impressive Sykes Stakes success she defeated subsequent Group One winners Kimochi and Lazzago. At three she was third in a Group Two Light Fingers Stakes, ahead of topliner Stefi Magnetica.

Kristilli was served for the first time last spring by the hot Newgate Farm sire Stay Inside and she is due to produce her first foal in August.

Joining Marble Arch and Kristilli in what is becoming a quality packed supplementary catalogue are new entries including:

* Tobeornottobe (Lot 561) at two won the Group Three Thoroughbred Breeders Stakes at Flemington as well as placing in five other stakes races.
* Talisay (Lot 559) is a stakes performed three time city winner who is from an unraced half sister to champion Makybe Diva.
* Zoustar-Yau Chin yearling filly (Lot 563) is a half sister to Group One Blue Diamond Stakes winner Written By, fellow stakes winners C’est Magique and Royal Insignia and Saturday’s stakes race runner-up De Bergerac.
* Written Swoosh (Lot 821) was Group Three placed in the Blue Diamond Prelude and is from a half sister to Away Game. She was served last spring by Slipper winner Farnan.
* Another You (Lot 822) is a half sister to three Group winners and $2 million plus earners Berkeley Square, Angel Capital and Senor Toba. She is in foal to Toronado with the resultant foal a three quarter relation to Australian and Hong Kong Group winner Senor Toba.
* Danserai d’Amour (Lot 823) is a half sister to Russian Revolution and Turbo Miss and the dam of Home Affairs and Aysar. She was covered last spring by Too Darn Hot.

The final selection of supplementary lots to be released in the coming days already includes two stakes winners straight off the track.
