Once the final yearling is sold at this week’s Adelaide Yearling Sale at Morphettville the attention of the bloodstock world turns immediately to Queensland for the 2016 Magic Millions Gold Coast March Yearling Sale.

To be held over two days on Monday March 21 and Tuesday March 22 the sale has attracted a quality catalogue of 395 lots all eligible for the lucrative QTIS bonus scheme.

The Gold Coast March Yearling Sale has quickly established itself as one of the top performing auctions of the Southern Hemisphere. Recent graduates of the sale have performed at racing’s elite level around Australia as well as in many countries abroad. At January’s $10 million Magic Millions raceday on the Gold Coast recent sale graduates Buffering and Tinto won million dollar features – both were already proven Group One winners.

A highlight of the auction will be the impressive line up of youngsters by Love Conquers All (22 lots) and Sidereus (24 lots) who respectively are the two leading Australian first season sires.
